Warranty

Majestic 3 year limited structural warranty The warranty nullifies any previous warranties, and covers any faulty structural workmanship by Majestic Horse Trucks and Floats and their associated staff, but does not include:

All Warranties are owner transferable

1) Delivery or collection from the point of service or attendance there at towing, breakdown, salvage or after hours service.

2) Any work caused in part or in whole by the negligence of the customer, its employees, agents or any third party other than Majestic Horse Trucks and Floats, by failure of the customer, its employees, or agents to comply with the procedures and maintenance recommended by Majestic Horse Trucks and Floats

3) Any work necessitated by any accident, theft, or act of willful destruction, overloading or mis use of the horse truck. Majestic Horse Trucks and Floats will not be responsible for any claims for loss of use including any costs of hiring replacement vehicles or losing nomination fees etc.

4) Any repair or maintenance work which has not been prior approved by Majestic Horse Trucks and Floats, except by a licensed certified mechanic or repairer. Please note that any alterations or additions which may compromise the structural integrity of the horse truck or float, will also be not included in the warranty.

5) Normal wear and tear of the horse truck or float, which does not cover chipping or cracking paint, , mags or tyre wear, rubber wear under normal use, internal paint, hardwood flooring, handles, lights, windows, stripes, .

6) Any components supplied to Majestic Horse Trucks and Floats are not in any way covered by our Structural warranty. All horse trucks or floats are tested thoroughly prior to hand over and all lights, brakes and the components work freely and easily.

7) The customer shall:

A. Use the horse truck or float in the specific way it is designed, to carry horses or livestock.

B. Ensure regular maintenance and services are carried out on the horse truck or float at regular intervals.

C. Ensure the horse truck or float is housed, cleaned and serviced regularly.

D. Any service or maintenance work must be carried out by a registered repairer or mechanic, or returned to us for its service or additions to be put on.

E. Regular checks, you as the customer should be checking for is tyre pressures, floor wear, paint wear, bearings and suspension greased regularly.

8) Majestic Horse Trucks and Floats may without prior notice terminate this warranty if:

A. The horse truck or float has obvious damage or misuse, totally regardless of whether the truck or float had a fault, before or after the alleged claim

B. The customer fails to service and maintain on a regular basic and the claim is associated with neglect, rather than a warranty issue.

C. any component or part, claimed under a warranty, which is clearly a horses doing, is not covered in any way by this warranty. This includes rubber, kickboards, tail-lights, windows, tail-boards etc

Please note: should the horse truck or float be returned for a service or a claim, and it is dirty, whether there is manure, or traces of manure not washed out, there will be a charge of between $150 to $250 to clean prior to any work started. Dirty or moldy, horse trucks or floats will be treated as neglected and misused and will not be covered by our warranty.
